Please read how Amanda delivers our Customer Happiness Promise below and on our social media pages!<\/p>\n<h2>Amanda Athmann<\/h2>\n<h3>VOE Processor\u00a0(Tempe remote team)<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Customer Happiness Promise&#8221; means to me that I try to get my orders completed as quickly as possible because I don\u2019t want to be the cause of a delay in a loan closing. Obviously with written orders that\u2019s a little more difficult than with verbal orders that can be completed with just a phone call.\u00a0I always feel bad when I get a call from a client that sounds frustrated if a VOE is taking a little longer to get completed than normal. That happened to me one time in particular where I personally\u00a0worked on the order. After I got off the phone with the client, I tried to see if I could find another way of contacting the employer. I was able to find another route and got the order completed right then!\u00a0I would say the core value I have tried to implement a lot is the &#8220;wear many hats&#8221; value because again with taking incoming calls, I not only get calls from employers but clients as well so I can go from being a VOE processor, to feeling like I\u2019m a Customer Happiness Representative.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Veri-Tax is excited to continue with our \u2018Delivering Customer Happiness\u2019 Monthly Spotlight featuring one of our VOE Processors, Amanda Athmann!
