He expressed that he had completed two reverification\u2019s in the last two weeks. Of course, I apologized for the inconvenience and explained the new time guidelines due to COVID-19. He then understood and we completed the reverification while on the call. Customer Happiness!!! We can all assist with client calls when it is reasonable and not always necessary to refer to the CHT team (customerhappiness@veri-tax.com\u00a0or 800-969-5100) only if you are comfortable assisting.
